AVAILABILITY & ORDERING POLICY:
Ava Ocean items are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.
We truly appreciate your support of our products. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is handmade to order. However there are certain exemptions to this, feel free to contact oneoceanava@gmail.com to discuss your particular situation.
Please note, all purchases made using a discount code or with a discount applied are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES:
All shipping rates are calculated through UPS and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at oneoceanava@gmail.com and send your item to: provided address.
